During that time the police officers present there came to Shahid. Shahid told those police officers that you check my I-card. To which he said okay bring me, show me. Meanwhile, another boy came there who was wearing black clothes. He said do not speak much, I will not leave you without seeing your ID card. The police commissioner has given special power to us.

Seeing the silence of the police on the spot and seeing the matter escalate, Shahid then turned to the nearest police station.

Shahid Ansari had complained about this entire matter on the Twitter handle of Mumbai Police. After which he got a proper response from the police. However, till now no FIR has been registered in this case. He has also given information about this entire matter to the DCP of the area.

For the time being, Shahid Ansari has also informed the top officials of the Mumbai Police Department in this matter. And he has assured of appropriate action.
